Registration & Account

To register at life khela, you need an active Bangladeshi mobile number (01XXXXXXXXX), your name, and your date of birth. OTP verification is required during registration. The entire process takes just 2 minutes. Register here.

Each person may open only one account. Attempting to create multiple accounts using the same mobile number or device may result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

After registration, you can update your email, payment details, and password. However, changes to your name or date of birth require KYC document submission and approval from the support team.

You must be at least 18 years old to register at life khela. Your date of birth is verified during registration, and accounts for users under 18 are not approved. This is part of our responsible gaming policy.

To close your account, email support@lifekhela.app or reach out via live chat. Please withdraw any remaining balance before submitting your request. Reactivation may not be possible once the account is closed.

Deposit & Payment

Log in and go to "Deposit". Choose your payment method (Mobile Pay/Nagad/Rocket). Enter the amount and send payment to the provided number. Confirm with your transaction ID. Your balance is usually updated within 5–15 minutes.

The minimum deposit at life khela is just ৳200. To claim the 100% first deposit bonus, deposit a minimum of ৳500. The maximum deposit limit is ৳50,000 per day.

Wait up to 30 minutes after your deposit. If the balance still hasn't updated, contact the support team with your transaction ID, amount, and timestamp. A screenshot will help speed up the resolution. Most cases are resolved within 1–2 hours.

Yes, bank transfer deposits are supported. Processing may take 1–2 business days. The minimum deposit via bank transfer is ৳1,000. You will need to send the deposit confirmation slip to support.

Withdrawal

Go to "Withdrawal" in your dashboard. Select an amount and payment method. Confirm your registered Mobile Pay/Nagad/Rocket number. Submit the request. Funds are typically transferred within 15–30 minutes.

The minimum withdrawal is ৳300. You can withdraw up to ৳30,000 per day. VIP members have higher daily limits. Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.

Withdrawals typically process in 15–30 minutes. During peak hours, it may take 1–2 hours. If it has been longer than 2 hours, contact support with your transaction ID and amount. Incomplete KYC verification may also hold up a withdrawal.

Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. The bonus amount converts to your real balance only after meeting the specified rollover requirement (usually 10x–20x), after which it can be withdrawn. Terms for each bonus are listed on the promotions page.

Bonuses & Rewards

Betting & Gaming

Log in and Match Odds Go to the page and select a match from the list of active fixtures. Check the odds and place your bet with your chosen amount. You can also bet on live matches in real time.

The minimum bet is ৳50. Maximum bet limits vary by match and market. VIP members can place bets at higher limits. Special rules apply for jackpots and featured events.

Bets that have been submitted generally cannot be cancelled. However, if a match is abandoned or cancelled, your stake will be refunded. If a technical issue affects your bet, contact support.
